Nothing impacts the bottom line of a business like a great employee. As hard as it has become to FIND great employees, it’s also critical to think about what it takes to KEEP them, once you’ve found them.
Building employee commitment and satisfaction must be done intentionally in the first days, the first weeks, and the first year. Unfortunately, many workplaces take an employee from excitement to disillusionment because they don't fulfill the promises made during the offer.
Effective onboarding programs that clarify employees’ roles will build confidence in capabilities and develop relationships that lead to higher job satisfaction. This all translates into better performance, organizational commitment, and lower turnover – the things that stress out today's entrepreneurs.
Join us for "Keeping Great Employees," a 2.5-hour workshop where you’ll get practical tips and best practices that will impact a new employee’s commitment in those first 90 days and the first year.
