About Us

Nothing Bundt Cakes is a unique bakery, we sell bundt cakes. Our bundt cakes are hand crafted here in bakery everyday. We have a variety of decorations that fit all occasions/celebrations. Also in our bakery you will find a wide variety of retail gift items, candles, cards and we even sell balloons. We try to be your on stop party planning shop to bring joy to all celebrations. We have 10 signature flavors, 1 gluten free options and rotating featured flavors. My bakery is also special becuase we got honored to be a test bakery, which means we get to test flavors other bakeries do not have the chance to.

A little about me, the owner, It has always been my dream to open my own bakery and I am beyond happy and excited to own a Nothing Bundt Cakes. My first job in High School was at Nothing Bundt Cakes, it truly was my favorite job. Once I graduated high school, I went to school at Auguste Escoffier in Boulder Colorado for baking and pastry arts, this confirmed my love for baking. Then traveled to Colorado springs where I worked at the Broadmor Hotel in the main baking kitchen. This taught me a wide vareity of baking skills and knowledge but I still knew I wanted to own my own bakery and did not know how I will get there. I then moved back to Littleton Colorado where my family was and started working at Nothing Bundt Cakes once again, starting as a guest service representative, moving to frosting then baking and finally manager. I worked at this bakery for almost 8 years total. While managing I really felt this was my goal in life and needed to pursue owning my own Nothing Bundt Cakes, so I did. I got a plan in place and started the process. It took 1.5 years from the "yes" from corporate to opening day. During this time my husband (Eric), my family, my friends and our NbC support team helped me make my dream come true. Coming to opening day was mostly a blur but opening day was such an amazing day I will treasure forever, my dream had finally come true. Everyday I come to work I do not feel I am at work because I truly love what I do and what my company is. Baking brings joy and happiness to all. I hope soon I get to see you in my bakery and we can bring the joy with our bundt cakes to your next celebration.
